留学生の保険について/ Insurance for International Students

本学の留学生は１～３までの全ての保険に原則加入することとなっています。これに加えて、車やバイクを運転する学生は別途自賠責保険（強制加入）と任意保険に入ります。

In principle, all international students are required to enroll in the first three types of insurance. In addition, students who drive a car or motorcycle must also have compulsory automobile liability insurance as well as enhanced insurance for additional coverage.

4 自賠責保険＋任意保険
Compulsory Insurance for Car/Motor Bike?+ Enhanced Insurance for Car/Motor Bike

対人?対物賠償等。任意保険も入らないと事故時の対応が大変高額になる可能性。
Includes coverage for injury and property damage. Without enhanced insurance, handling accidents may result in significant expenses.

1 国民健康保険の注意点 / Essential Information About National Health Insurance

  • 毎月の支払い時、領収書は必ず保管しておいてください。（帰国時の精算の時に必要になります。）
  • 毎年市役所または役場で更新が必要です。
  • Please make sure to?keep all receipts?when you pay each month, as they will be needed when settling your account before leaving Japan.
  • It must be renewed annually at your local city office or town office.

2 学研災＋学研賠の注意点 / Essential Information About Gakkensai + Gakkenbai

◆手続き方法/ How to Enroll

払込取扱票を記入し、郵便局の窓口で保険料を支払う。払込取扱票は所属の学務係から、または新入留学生ガイダンス時にもらっている。

※医学系の学生のみCコースでその他の学生はAコースに加入。

Fill out the payment slip and pay the insurance fee at the post office. The slip is provided from?your department’s academic affairs office or during the orientation for new international students.

*** Medical students should choose Course C; all other students should go with Course A.

3 インバウンド付帯学総の注意点 / Essential Information About Comprehensive Insurance for Students Lives Coupled with "Gakkensai"

※留学生は一般的にはインバウンド付帯学総に加入してください。臨床実習などで「感染予防費用」の補償が必要な場合は、インバウンド付帯学総ではなく付帯学総に加入してください。
***International students are generally required to enroll in this insurance. However, if coverage for “infection prevention expenses” is necessary due to clinical training or similar activities, please enroll in the regular “Futai Gakusou” insurance instead.

◆手続き方法/ How to Enroll

払込取扱票を記入し、郵便局の窓口で保険料を支払う。または、パンフレットに記載されているQRコードから申し込み、コンビニで支払う。払込取扱票は所属の学務係から、または新入留学生ガイダンス時にもらっている。

※家族や親族と同居している場合はA Typeでしか加入できません。
※原則在学期間分まとめての支払いだが、年度ごとの支払い(割高）も可能。
